<p>Als0, my boat W197 has had the MD modifications done (rear side tanks opened up) but Ive noticed the side tanks in front of the centre thwart are packed solid right up to the inspection hatch with some type of hard foam wrapped in a thin plastic bin-liner type material – is this normal ?</p>
