New 12:1 Kicker Arrangement as per the Agreed resolution 6b Of Jan AGM 
12:1 Conversion

The picture [shown right] demonstrates one possible arrangement to convert an existing 3:1 kicker.  

Note the two extra blocks and additional fixing to the mast, just above the original jamming block.  

With this arrangement it is possible to reuse the original kicker.

The Cascade arrangement [shown left] doubles up on an existing 6:1 kicker, or indeed any existing ratio.

Note the addition of just a single block and extra fixing to the mast.
