The WCOA Constitution and Class Rules post AGM 2010 have been added to this web site on as of May 3rd 2010 for the convenience of the WCOA Membership.

Notes on use of the Rules and Constitution Pages:-

The following pages [see links below] provide web access to the WCOA Constitution and Rules. The WCOA Constitution and Class Rules are available to download as either a MS Word or Adobe pdf document.  The web pages are viewable online only and are an identical copy of the Word /pdf Documents. Changes and revisions to the previous version are shown in red.

Use of 'Ctrl' + 'F' will instigate a 'Find' dialogue box for that page in which individual words or phrases can be searched for.
