2007 WCOA AGM and Dinner  Jan 13th 2007


The WCOA AGM and informal dinner is to be held on Saturday 13th January 2007 at St James Church Hall, Plomer Hill, Downley, High Wycombe, Bucks [see map link and directions below]. 

This date coincides with the London Boat Show at Excel Docklands which takes place from January 5th to 14th at Excel in London’s Docklands.  Why not combine a trip to the Boatshow with the AGM?  For those planning to travel and stay locally here is a link to a list of accommodation.

AGM starts 5.45 pm: See Winter/AGM issue [84] of Wanderer Magazine for details inc AGM resolution, agenda and minutes etc [to be published mid December 2006].

Dinner at 7.30 pm: (3 courses; soup, choice of main course, choice of sweet, coffee and after dinner chocolate] - see below for attendance and menu selection form.  Please bring your own wine or soft drinks. Glasses will be provided. 

If you would like to attend the dinner please print out complete and return the slip below, by 6th January 2007 at the latest, with a cheque made payable to WCOA for £15 per person. There is no charge to attend the AGM.

Directions: 5 minutes from the M40 and just 20 minutes from Junction 16 of the M25. Leave the M40 at junction 4.  Take Aylesbury exit off the roundabout (the A4010 – John Hall Way). Go straight ahead across 3 mini roundabouts and down the hill  (New Road) until you reach a double mini-roundabout.  Turn right into Mill End Road and go straight on until you meet the A40 (T-junction).  Turn left and then first right at the traffic lights (Plomer Hill).  St James Church Hall is on the right-hand side just before the steep hill starts to level out.
